Marrow

I have lots and lots of marrows, they seem to be the most successful crop so far. What can I do with all these marrows?....serious cooking suggestions only please! I have had enough of stuffed marrow in all it's different forms.

Marrow, spinach and lentil soup. Gallons of the stuff in pots, in the freezer to last through the winter.

If marrows go so well, have you tried courgettes? Much easier to handle.

I'm glad you're looking for different ways to do them. My mum used to boil them as an accompaniment to the Sunday roast.

If you're anything like me, you'll be trying to make them into a cake. I've made chocolate cakes with courgettes before, and they're really good - have a Google.
